Is it just me having issues with e TalkTalk Speed to Router webpage?

 

I've only got it to run twice successfully since it's changed despite trying different devices.

Morning,

 

Powering down the router for a full 30 minutes will reset the current session. Does the Service Centre error also happen if you use a different browser?

Just to clarify, I've swapped out routers, so the router was effectively off for several hours but the connection was back up after 5 minutes.  Do you want me to make sure there is no connection for 30 minutes?

Could you switch your router off and leave it off for at least 30 minutes then switch back on and retest

I've tried running this page c25 times across various devices in the last 3 weeks and it's only completed twice. 

It always "gets stuck" completing the last 10%. 

 

This is using both routers so I don't think the failure is linked to devices being disconnected from the router.

I did put in a new (reconditioned) router from TalkTalk and it's not been great.
