Hi,
My company uses splashtop business for remote working.
You seem to have blocked it on our router.
Can you unblock urgently please?
I've had to ask for this before and it was done easily.
Can you do it again please, I need to be able to access it.
I can access it if I use my phone without WiFi, but not with WiFi so I think it's pretty clear that talktalk blocked it again yesterday.

Sadly the people we deal with in China don't care that much about Christmas!
Fixed it anyway, changed DNS servers and turned router off fir half an hour.
Bloody talktalk with their homesafe...

@andyrhi, there won't be staff on here before Friday - hopefully your company is allowing you off Xmas Day and Boxing Day too.... as sadly this can't be sorted for now via the forum.
