Make sure that you have completed your community forum profile details for staff to quickly identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu. Add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Scroll down further to find the button to SAVE CHANGES. 

 

@Johnc5if you need support, please return to the message board and click on start a topic to begin your own thread, if you have not already done so. Staff only respond to the original poster in order to avoid confusion in the replies.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. My internet went down yesterday for about 4 hours then keeps coming on for a short time then dropping out again. Same today. I wonder if there's a known problem
