Make sure that you have completed your community forum profile details for staff to quickly identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu. Add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Scroll down further to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.

My internet went down yesterday for about 4 hours then keeps coming on for a short time then dropping out again. Same today. I wonder if there's a known problem
