Hi, I've been able to connect to my work VPN for years now and recently I cannot; other people can still connect fine but I am having issues. It seems like this is happening to a lot of TalkTalk members.
Can you please resolve this for me, I have contected IT company and they have tried everything they can and come to the conclusion it's from TalkTalk's end.

hi, our vpn no longer works through home talk talk fibre, it works out of home at other business, cafes, and other personal broadband providers and we have had confirmation from our work IT service that it is a Talktalk issue. I have had 3 missed call backs and wasted 3 evening and aweekend waiting for these. Is there any one on line capable of resolving this and how do I raise a complaint?
