TalkTalk Powerline adaptor not working

TV box lost network connection.  Tested the TalkTalk powerline adaptors:

PA1) power on, all lights flash, Power light goes steady, network lights flashes for about 10sec then steadies.  Router shows it as being a connection to which it has allocated an IP address.

PA2) power on, ONLY network light blinks, and blinks....router never sees it.

My guess is that PA2 has gone wrong.

Any alternative suggestions?

Do TalkTalk send out free replacements given that it is their kit? (It has TalkTalk printed on it)

How do I order one?

Thanks,  Craig

OK thanks. Could you update your community profile to include your:

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

It was some years ago but I believe that they came with / bought-at-same-time-as the (previous) router.

(Was with Talktalk, tried different provider, came back to Talktalk used the PLAs continuously)

Did you buy the powerline adapters from our online store?

They always used to be one in the study by the router, other in living room (not far, it is only a small flat) which worked fine until Tuesday.  In "trials", I have put them into the same double socket.

OK thanks. Where are the powerline adapters plugged in, in relation to each other?

Afternoon Chris-TalkTalk,

The 2 blocks are both the "Transmit" shape (and have worked for...years?)

Steps 1-4 ok, but at step 5 never stops blinking network light...(with power light never coming on at all nor the middle one)
