For queries about your TalkTalk broadband service.

I have moved to new provider (NOW broadband) and haven't been receiving talktalk internet for over a month. I believe in this case my new provider needs to place a cease order on the account. For whatever reason, this doesn't seem to have happened, according to TalkTalk service reps. I have asked my new provider to issue this but TalkTalk still treats me as a customer. I want to get a final bill and I also want TalkTalk to stop requesting payment for a service that I am not using. I have cancelled the direct debit but I believe I am due a refund from the first month with my new provider, and moreover would like talktalk to acknowledge that I am no longer a customer. How can do this?

Hi andersaufderhorst
When you moved to NOW did you ask them to take over the existing number? Usually when another provider takes over the number this starts the cancellation process at our side, I have checked your account and we have not received this request from NOW.
To cancel call the loyalty team on 03451720088.

Talk to the Cancellations team to formally cancel your service with TalkTalk. Call 0345 172 0088 and when prompted say "Cancel" and you'll get put through to the right team.
