Don't know what - LABELS means.
I have never had problems with my saved sign in. Now when I try, this is the message which comes up. My identifications show correctly - but of course I have blanked part of them out for this post.
I have been all around the help sections, and by going via the 2nd picture, my correct sign in comes on.
I seem to get problems whenever Microsoft do updates.
Can you please help - in plain English🤔

Sorry about the delay. I did answer your message, but don't know what happened to it.
I have just returned here today, and discovered things are back to normal.
It must have been having the - .net which caused the problem.
Thank you for your help.

Labels are a means of notifying TalkTalk of your issue. In this case you'd select or type my account.
Are you sure your TalkTalk account is your login one for My Account and things haven't got scrambled and you are using your webmail credentials by mistake?
TalkTalk no longer let people register for My Account using a .talktalk.net email address. Did you set this up using a hotmail or gmail account?
It may be that you set this up when a TalkTalk email was allowed, but it's worth checking given the current rules.
have you tried resetting the password via the forgotten password link?
Please let us know how you get on.
Please remember to mark Solved Posts with Best Answer. Doing so helps other customers and saves TalkTalk's Support Team time by only looking at unsolved topics. Thanks, Steve (a fellow customer).
