Talktalk router problem

Hi my talktalk router doesn't work properly. It fails to connect to both WiFi printer and WiFi range extender. When I used my old sky broadband router it works perfectly and connects to both devices mentioned and my internet connection is working albeit at a slower than advertised rate.

Hello,

 

I'm sorry to hear this. I can't connect to the router. Which router are you using (make and model) which is experiencing this issue?

OK, which make/model of router is it? Subject to that this has been flagged up to the support team and they will respond as soon as they can when they are back online from Monday. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Have you tried resetting both devices concerned to remove any previous router details and set them up from scratch?
