I signed up for Total Home WiFi & TV hub over 2 months ago, expecting to receive a new router, WiFi booster and TV hub.
In spite of numerous calls and chats, I have received nothing.
What on earth is going on ?
Can anyone help ?

Hi there @Barrie2025, we are glad to hear that 😊 and once again we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
While I still have you on the platform, would there be anything else you would like for me to further assist you with apart from what have been discussed?

I have now received Wifi Hub 3, Wifi Booster and TV Hub, almost 3 months after I signed up for Total Home Wifi.
Thank you all for your help !

I've just checked on it, and it looks like it's included. I'll send you a PM shortly.

Is it not included with Total Home Wifi, which I signed up for on 21/10/25 ?

Thank you for being patient with me, upon checking on your account I can confirm that you don't currently have it in your set up but do have it available to purchase if you would like at £70.

Hi @Barrie2025 we will need to access your account and advise the type of router you have. Please bear with me.

Hi Mandisa-TT
Thanks very much for your help.
I have now received the TV box and wi-fi booster, but have not received a new router.
How can I check whether or not I already have a Wi-Fi Hub 3 ?

You welcome @KeithFrench

The post was referred to @fr8ys because he wanted clarification on whether Total Home Wi‑Fi is only for Full Fibre customers, as that was his initial understanding.
on 07-01-2026 11:04 AM
Hi @Mandisa-TT
Yes, I know that @Barrie2025 is on Fibre 65. However, in post #27, you said:-
Full Fibre plans use eero mesh devices, but the service works on both types of broadband.

@KeithFrench TalkTalk has now moved to supplying the Wi‑Fi Hub 3 and Boosters for both Fibre and Full Fibre customers.
Just to clarify, customer is on Fibre 65.

Hi @Barrie2025
When you receive the WiFi Hub & Boosters, they will combine to form a mesh network. I can provide full technical support on all aspects of this.
Hi @Mandisa-TT
In an earlier post, you said that when customers have Full Fibre, the Total Home WiFi is delivered via eeros. Surely TalkTalk has stopped supplying eeros, and so this would be done via the Wi-Fi Hub 3 & Boosters?

I’m really sorry for the delay and the inconvenience this has caused you. I completely understand how frustrating it must be to wait so long after signing up.

The order for the Total home Wi-Fi is giving an error. I have added notes on the account for the complaint team to contact you when they are following up on your complaint tomorrow.
