I signed up for Total Home WiFi & TV hub over 2 months ago, expecting to receive a new router, WiFi booster and TV hub.

In spite of numerous calls and chats, I have received nothing.

What on earth is going on ?

Can anyone help ?

As it's Total WiFi, which is full fibre, fibre to the premises, I suggest you contact the full fibre team as staff here don't have access to these system, so may not be able to offer help on equipment issues.

 

Try phoning the full fibre team on 3451720074. It might be quicker for you.

What sort of package are you on, is it Full Fibre?
