Could someone please confirm that the UFO package is no longer available in York and also the Ultra fibre package is not available in this City? Will have to swap provider if TT can only offer a low speed alternative, renewal due in a couple of weeks.

Secondly, what the heck is happening to your website account page? Myself and a relative in York who is also on TT get error messages when trying to log in for the past few days
