I have worked from home for the past 2 years no problem. Since a week ago i cannot access the VPN. Internal IT are suggesting it is the router which i have managed to order and receive a new router however the problem persists. I have seen another post where changes were made to the firmware and it has sorted the issue. I currently have Firmware Version: SG4K100130 on my device.

That appears to have worked i am still unable to access VPN however i believe it is now an internal issues which sits with our IT department.

Hi Debbie,
When i first called up on Monday I was told i was being sent a Huawei Super Router and i was charged £30 for this only for a Sagecom Home Hub to be received yesterday. I spend 2 hours on the phone only to be told that the Huawei router was not offered anymore which i was obviously not too please about as i had paid for something which i already had.
Please can we try a firmware update firstly?
Then if that does not work the other router option i suppose we try.

Thank you for creating a new thread. I can try a different firmware or I can send a Huawei WIFI hub. Which would you prefer?
