Since having a new router I have been unable to connect to my VPN. Customer services have no idea why and they have sent me a new router but this has not worked.
They tried to say it was my Works IT I needed to contact however I have spoken with them and they have said that everyone who is with TT has issues using the VPN, but every other broadband provider is fine.
Can some please help as I need to be able to access the VPN.
