Unable to forward port 80 and 443

I am having the same issue as reported here, whereby my Huawei DG8041W router will not allow port forwarding over the default ports for HTTP and HTTPS.

I am trying to forward the port(s) so I can use my domain name for personal hosting, however I get the error message "The configured port conflicts with the internal service port." 

I can set it to another port and access the page fine over http, but then I can't use my domain.

 

Can you please help? Is this issue possible to fix with a firmware update, or would I be able to swap my router for another that doesn't have this problem?
