Hi,
I received a brand new Super Router this morning and everything is up, running and working fine.
However I want to change the password and am unable to log in to the Router Admin page. I am typing 'admin' as username and the password is correct as it is the one supplied with the router.
All it says is 'Incorrect username or password'
Can you help please as i'm baffled!

Hi Chevin
Have you used the router admin password from the back of the router? There should be 2 stickers, one for wireless password and one for router admin.
Thanks
Debbie

Just to add, the router password is in tiny writing on the sticker beneath the removable tab. 🙂

There should be 2 passwords on the router. One is admin, the other is wifi.
Are you sure you are typing in the correct one?
If so, then try a pin reset on the router to ensure is is set back to factory settings.
If that does not work, youu are in the staff's queue for a response.
For a quicker reply can you please ensure you have your personal information up to date in your profile including your TalkTalk landline phone number so your account can be traced. Link here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info
If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
Please post back when done.
Thank you
Ps, i am removing your other post as a duplicate to avoid confusion.
