My last supplier sold my contract to talktalk and now my monthly bill has increased by a lot...
When I spoke to the rude talky talky woman she kept talking over me.
I have now had to agree to a contract with talktalk as I was getting nowhere on the phone.
And yes, I can be difficult.

I've always found them very helpful.
Also if you are at the end of your contract you are able to switch without penalty.
