Unsolicited Cease Notice

Can anyone help there is an unsolicited cease notice on my Talk Talk account, which has been placed by Sky. Having had numerous conversations with Talk Talk and Sky of which both companies say they cannot remove the cease. Sky wont discuss this with me as I do not have an account with them. It transpires that another property with the same house name is moving broadband and the cease has been put on my line in error.
Sky told me that Talk Talk could cancel the cease but they tell me not, as it is it looks like my broadband will be cut off next week.
Any suggestions

Thank you Arne for your prompt response!
I will speak to the other property to ensure they give specific instructions about the address

Hi @SB601
I have requested the order to to be stopped.
If the other property has the same name, there is a chance they will place the order again.

If you had a "sorry you are leaving" email, @SB601, you should respond as directed in the email.
