It's worth switching off the router for a full 30 minutes, @Shilji aand see if it's more stable when it starts a new session after that.

 

You could also set it up afresh directly at the test socket for staff to check whether there is trouble on the Openreach side of your service. See this article:

Staff will be back on here from Monday. They will need to identify your account. Please go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu. Add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.
