VPN Connection Issue

Today I need to start Work From Home option., But I cant connect VPN using talktalk internet. But other networks working fine.  Could you please sort it out my problem. Urgent Help

I need to make a change to your router firmware, will it be ok for me to do this update this morning?

We advise to leave the router switched on without being rebooted whilst we update the FW. This should take no longer than 15 minutes.
