Hiya, Can anyone help, I cannot connect to my office VPN, I have turned off my homeserve but that hasn't helped, I really need to get on ASAP. My router doesn't have a serial number on it

We advise to leave the router switched on without being rebooted whilst we update the FW. This should take no longer than 15 minutes to update.
