VPN Issue

I am using TalkTalk broadband from last 5 months and since first day, I am facing issue with VPN connection.
I tried to connect VPN using mobile hotspot and other broadband provider and it works fine everywhere. It only gives error when I try to connect using TalkTalk broadband.
As I am working from home, it is required to connect to VPN daily and from last 5 months I am facing this issue. I called customer care as well but didn't get any solution.
Could you please have a look into this.
