Hi there, just had a new issue this morning connecting to my work VPN (through the Windows 10 app), could someone have a look at this for me please? It was working fine yesterday with no changes my end.

Apologies for this. I will need to make a change to your router firmware, would it be ok to do this this morning?
We advise to leave the router switched on without being rebooted whilst we update the FW. This should take no longer than 15 minutes to update.
