VPN connectivity issues

Hello,

 

I already posted this 3 days ago after spending 4 hours on the phone with your support staff. It now turns out that my original message didn't send!!!!!!!. I find dealing with Talk Talk incredibly annoying!!!

 

My router: DSL-3782 cannot connect to my VPN. I need this for work. I am currently having to use a hotspot and its costing me money. Please send me out another router as soon as possible.

I'm sorry to hear this and we can arrange this for you. Can you also confirm which VPN Client you're using?

 

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number
