Without your completed profile, @Dguite85, staff cannot identify your account, so please ensure that's completed with your Talktalk phone number or account number in the Personal Information area. Go via your avatar, settings etc....SAVE CHANGES.
You need to tell us what the original move date was. You also need to make sure that your current service is not cut off too soon when you change the date - it occasionally happens.
Staff are not back before the morning and your post is in the queue for attention. If it's not reached first thing, you might want to try phoning 03451 720088 after 9am to speak to someone directly, or use Chat.
