I am having issues connecting to the VPN to work from home. I have read other forums and been told its due to my router and i need a new one please help. I have tried live chat but this did not help at all.

Hi Michelle, I haven't had a chance to test yet. Will be able to tonight once I finish work as having to work in office until all of this is resolved. And as you can imagine don't want to be testing work equipment on my days off.
