VPN working from home

I am having issues connecting to the VPN to work from home. I have read other forums and been told its due to my router and i need a new one please help. I have tried live chat but this did not help at all.

Hi Michelle, I haven't had a chance to test yet. Will be able to tonight once I finish work as having to work in office until all of this is resolved. And as you can imagine don't want to be testing work equipment on my days off.

Does the new router have black holes at the front or bronze holes?

The Huawei WIFI hub is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

I'm sorry to hear this. Just to confirm, have you ever tested with a Huawei Wifi Hub? If not then I think we should send one to test this.
