Hi,
I have very slow internet, dial up speeds.
I have rebooted router after 20 min as per help guide.
I am factory reset as per help guide.
I have checked wiring as per guide.
All to no. Positive result.
I have tried online chat from my phone but the button is not working. I have tried three different browser with adblock ect disabled all to to no results.
I did get the cat to come up on the link (rather than button) on this page but then after no response after five min the chat closed on me.
Complete failure of the system.
Does anyone have another contact route / method?

I've re-checked and can see that Openreach have resolved a potential fault. I've also re-run the line test now and this is also clear. How is your connection/speed at the moment please?

This fault is still with the Openreach line engineers, there are no additional updates at the moment but I will continue to monitor this.

I have passed this straight over to Openreach to a line engineer to investigate the fault detected on the line (external investigation)
I will continue to monitor for updates and I will post back on this thread.

Would it be possible just to check if you have a dial tone and if there is any noise on the line?
This can affect the BB connection so we have to investigate this too.
