Hello, I bought the talk talk broadband service at the beginning of July which was promising a £100 voucher as an incentive after 90 days. Since I couldn’t receive anything after 90 days, I contacted GiftCloud (on Oct 18th) and I have been waiting for the voucher to be approved by Talk Talk for almost 20 days since then.
Please can you sort this for me ASAP as the incentive was a big reason why I decided to go with Talk Talk so it's disappointing that I have waited over ninety days and still not received any voucher. This should be an automated process that I shouldn’t have wasted my time to complain/create inquiries over this.

The voucher will be issued in the next few days.
Please keep an eye on your spam/junkmail folders for an email from giftcloud.
