Vpn not working

Hi, my home to work VPN has stopped working through both TalkTalk WiFi and TalkTalk ethernet. It connects fine on a mobile hotspot on o2. We're using the TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub
version SG4K100130.
I've read elsewhere on the forum that others have had this problem and a new router was needed. Any ideas please
