I have a brand new router due to the last one stopping working. This one, the white light is on and works for a while, but then the internet drops out but the white light is still on. I restart it and the whole cycle starts again. Any ideas what is the problem.

Our engineers are investigating this issue and they have asked if you can try the below:
Change your router DNS settings to use Google DNS.
Please note ; If you currently use any Homesafe services such as Homework Time etc. This will not work whilst you have the DNS set to Google.
