My router hub has a faulty on off switch, it isn’t staying on just keeps popping back out to the off position. How do I get a replacement sent out for the faulty one? #wi-fi router

Hi Claire

I'm sorry to hear this.

I have ordered you a replacement router and a returns bag for the faulty router.

Please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.  Let us know how you get on.

Thanks

Debbie

I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and replace it for you.

They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first. Please try to avoid posting on here until TalkTalk has responded to you, otherwise, this will just put you further down the queue.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - TalkTalk Help & Support
