New tenants moving in they would like like to continue the subscription. However, I’ve cancelled my subscription, Talk Talk have requested I re-subscribe, I’d like them to arrange a new arrangement with the new tenants please advise?

If you still have a service, it's simpler to cancel the cancellation and complete the form for change of ownership:

Otherwise, just continue with your cancellation and they can set up with a new number.
Talktalk needs 30 days notice for cancellation.
