WiFi calling no longer working - SG4K100202 - EE

My WiFi calling stopped working a few weeks ago. Thought it was my phone, but having reset everything and testing it on my office WiFi and a friend's WiFi, it seems it's only happening on my home WiFi.
Router version is SG4K100202 - did some Googling and others have had the same problem. Sounds like support rolled their version back which fixed the issue.
Can someone help please? Thanks.

Hi @Spooky77
No TalkTalk router supports modem mode, although it is possible to get around this. Make sure the Sagemcom and your mesh are on different IP subnets, then connect from an Ethernet port of the 5364 to your mesh WAN port. Disabled the WiFi of the Sagemcom.

Works perfect, thank you!
While we're here, is there a way to put the router into modem only mode? I have a mesh WiFi system with built in router so makes sense to reduce the points of failure.
Thanks.

Yes, that firmware update has caused issues and the support team should hopefully fix this when they are back online tomorrow.
