Router stopped working after 22nd December evening, phoned customer service yesterday 23rd but been pushed back saying someone will contact me yesterday but haven’t heard from anyone yet over a night now.

You'd have to specifically ask for technical support as only that and accessibility support are available today and tomorrow, @Sophiehannah.

However, if you need further support, forum staff are around on Friday (not at the weekend).
You must then return to the message board, rather than posting on another customer's thread.
You'd need to click on start a topic to begin, and also make sure that your profile information is complete.

I have the same issue. Can’t get through to anyone. Not had internet since 3am
i have full fibre. The white box 2 green lights are on. Just my router keeps flashing amber.
