Wifi Router optimising channels over our neighbours :-(

Hello,
Can one of your very helpful support engineers turn off WiFi optimisation on our hub please?
One of our nextdoor neighbours has an evil Eero hub which in one corner of out house has stronger signal than ours but after I move the channels apart to stop "competition" it moves them back again hours later 😞
Why "evil Eero hub"? Because it has a high signal strength and broad band spread that wants to take over it's neighbours territory...
Thank you for your help,
Gez

The wifi channels have "stuck" from yesterday after you made the change thank you. That enables our 5GHz band to stay nudged alongside our neighbour's eero "channel grab" in the corner of our house - so good for all concerned :-). Thanks for your help again.

Thanks again for your help Debbie and excellent support.
I'll reset channels after work and report back. I can't blame router wifi optimisation: it's mostly one corner of our house next to next door neighbour... but where our TV with fire stick sits (but I'm an energy scrooge so Fire stick only gets turned on where being watched, so router probably doesn't realise that and so optimises away from there when not watching!)
