£80 gift voucher

Was due to receive an £80 gift voucher after moving my broadband to Talk Talk in November.  I think there was a 90 day period and I am over that now. 

Any ideas who I contact or how I go about claiming it ?  I have all the relevant emails regarding it.

I'm going through exactly the same thing right now, I'm really sick of it now, I signed up back in November last year and was promised an £80 Gift voucher and have yet to receive it, I have been in contact with TalkTalk and Gift Cloud direct and I'm being fobbed off with please wait another 30 days!! I don't want to I've been really patient and would just like my voucher please!!??
