My broadband is asking for password, redirecting to a captive portal that never loads and goes in timeout.
I'm able to access to TalkTalk Wifi Hub router where everything seems connected and the white light is stable on the front.
Please advise.

Have you tried factory resetting the router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds, and then connect to the wireless again using the password from the back of the router?

I have updated the profile. It's asking the password when I try to connect to the router's wifi. The device is connected as per router admin console but it can't navigate. Attached a couple of screenshots

Hi @jjlele,
When / where is it asking for a password, is this when you are trying to connect a wireless device to your router, or when you are trying to browse the internet.
For one of the TalkTalk staff on this community to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number that your TalkTalk service is provided on & an alternative contact number. This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.
Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile (only you and the TalkTalk staff on this community can see your profile details).
Then they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.
