My contract (Fibre 65) expires today. I have upgraded to Fibre 150 and an engineer has to come out on 16th February to install it. It says my new equipment will arrive before the engineer visit.
I'd like to know if I will lose my broadband until the 16th?

Your current fibre 65 service should remain working until they install fibre150 for you.
