Hi, my VPN is not working. I have tried several options from the internet and found this post that Debbie from Talk Talk support fixed for the user Lisa. Can you please assist me as I did phone, TT support said they cannot help me. I only moved yesterday to TT and want to cancel my broadband if I cannot resolve this as I must work from home and need to use the VPN. I would rather stay but at the moment it is for me critical to have a working VPN to be able to work.

Apologies for the delay.
Your router has the latest firmware version and this should work with VPN.
Are you still experiencing the issue when connecting to VPN?

Which make/model of router do you have & what firmware is it?
Which VPN client are you using?
