Zscaler keeps dropping every min

For me to WFH I need this VPN on but according to my TECH Bar at work I need to contact my ISP regarding this issue

 

(talktalk wifi hub = FAST 5364-3 T8)

Ok after another week of testing, am having the same issue!
When connecting to a different network i.e. my phone or the neighbour internet.

 

I'm sorry to hear this. Do you mean that the VPN is dropping when connected to a different line? Is your connection only dropping when using the VPN?

OK thanks for trying that. I don't know of any specific issues with that VPN, is there any way that you can test with a different device running the same VPN?

The VPN (Zscaler) drops and then reconnects every couple of minutes

Connecting directly to the modem 

 Zscaler still drops but not as frequently

OK thanks. When you get home could you try connecting directly to the modem with an Ethernet cable, bypassing the router, and check to see if you still have the same issue

I’ve done that but It made it worse now I just got an orange light & no internet!
this has affected my work over the past couple of months!

I work remotely but can't do that, If we can't figure this out I'll have to change providers.

Thanks. Can you switch the modem and router off and leave them off for at least 30 minutes, then switch back on and retest - please let us know how you get on
