Router disconnects from the internet

I've had a stable internet connection for the past year.  For the past few days the router (Fast 5364) is disconnecting from the ISP and frequenty reconnecting, I can see this in the router dashboard advance settings.

 

The WIFI connection remains stable.  I have factory reset the router and reconneted the telephone cable and the issue persists.  The TalkTalk online line test reports an anonomly and has asked me to contact an agent.  Can you please assist?
