broad band connection problem

I recently rented a new home, which already has two open-reach ONETs on the wall in the living room.  I initially called BT but their connection time was 1 month so I connected to Talk Talk.  They informed me that I already have Onet so it won't take so long.  I received EERO 6 and my connection was live on 15 th of November.  

I connected to One Open Reach which has a charger and it showed 2 green lights      power and PON.

Other Onet i don't have a charger so it is not working.  

Eero failed to connect and I tried to connect the tv with Onet  ( not detected by my OLED LG TV) 

I chatted with an online customer support technical assistant and she told me my Eero is probably faulty and the are sending me new Eero 6  .. I wonder if it is possible that i am using the wrong ONET or problem with the Onet .

it is difficult to believe that TV and Eero 6 both are not working properly. I would highly appreciate if anyone can guide me here

I am not sure what you mean by ONETs? Could you maybe post a pic? 

 

If you would like the support team here to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond. Bear in mind that they won't be back online until Monday.
