Hi
My broadband went down on Sunday and then came back, then went off again at 8pm and randomly did not come back on again until yesterday daytime, then the same thing has happened again, 8pm last night it's off and hasn't come back on again. I've got a fault logged which says "
We are working on your fault.
Updated on: 27/02/2022
You have an open case and we are working to fix it. Check back in a few days."
This is all well and good but I' m currently relying on my Internet to work from home which I'm currently not able to do, anyone got any idea why this has happened or how long it'll take to fix? Not really impressed I had an email yesterday saying my price is going up in April when I'm currently getting no service at all.

Openreach may contact you directly but if you don't hear anything by Friday just bump the thread and we'll check for updates

Line test is showing that we currently need to only arrange an external engineer visit so I've booked this. Openreach will investigate over the next 72 hours. If you don't hear anything by Friday can you bump the thread and we'll check for updates

I'm sorry to hear this. Did you have a chance to test the replacement router? If the connection is still unstable with the 2 routers then please provide some more availability for an engineer visit and we can arrange this for you.

My internet is down again after working for a week, I had cancelled the engineer yesterday as it was working and now it's down again, getting VERY annoyed with this. Can someone come tomorrow to check this please? I've sent a booking request and got nothing back.
