can I change the address to which the equipment return bag will be sent?

Hello,

I have just ended my broadband contract but am no longer an occupant of the house to which I assume the Equipment Return bag will be sent. Unfortunately, the cost for me to set up a TRM redirection would be the same as just keeping the router... So if you could send it to a different address and I could post it back for recycling I'd highly appreciate it.

Hi there @diannetlr I would love to assist you with your query. I have ordered the returns bag and it will be sent out to the address you have provided. You should receive it within 3-5 working days

Please complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account.

Go via your avatar; settings; find Personal Information. Add your Talktalk account number or landline.

Further down that area, in Private Notes add the address that you need the bag sent to.

SAVE CHANGES 

If staff don't pick this up today, it will be Monday before your hear back, @diannetlr. It can then take up to a week for a bag to arrive.
