Hi

since yesterday I can't connect to my account the message I am getting is the requested URL was rejected please consult administrator your support ID is 7997971830122938190. any help please.

If the password box has a saved password then that's because your browser has saved the old password and you haven't yet saved the new one.

 

Simply select in the password box after the password and delete the old password using the backspace on the keyboard, then when the password box is cleared, enter the new password and take it from there.

 

If you experience problems with the login then close the browser and start over by selecting this link to login: https://www.talktalk.co.uk/my/packageandservices remembering to enter the new password if you haven't yet saved that as the login.

Hi

I have now changed my password which has been confirmed by email ,when I put it in to the log in section to acsess my account         it keeps showing the old password

hi

have tried different browser the message I am getting is "sorry due to technical issues we cannot log you in right now .please try again later. having looked on google this seems to be a common problem going back to 2021.

Try using a different browser,  and ensure you are using the correct link to My Account
