i need assistance getting my vpn up and running again. it just suddenly stopped connecting, im assuming it has to do with the router. can talk talk update my firmware so that i can get my connection back? @Debbie-TalkTalk

Thanks for updating your Community Profile.
I can see that you are using a Huawei WIFI hub and this should work ok with VPN. Have you tried factory resetting the router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds?
