Hi, I have the fibre 65 with tv contract which came with a guaranteed minimum speed of 32.4mps, however, over the last few weeks i have been getting only 17mbs. I raised a ticket and the engineer came out today and fixed a problem with some line touching one another 50 yards from my address.

My question is as my contract came with a guarantee minimum download speed am i eligible for compensation as this was not met?

All that the minimum guaranteed speed indicates is that you probably need an engineer to come out to sort things, @BennyBlanco.

The criteria for automatic compensation are detailed here:

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.
