I waited the entire day for the engineer to arrive. I phoned your service centre 4 times and was finally told that the engineer was working on the outside part of the instrallation and I would receive a call when he was 20 minutes away from arrival. No such call came!
I logged onto the website in the early hours and discovered that my appointment had been 'missed' and I should book another. This is execrable service. This appointment was booked nearly a month ago. I confirmed at every prompt from Openreach and this is the result.

I'm sorry about this, unfortunately sometime the engineer can't make the appointment due to unforeseen circumstance but I know it must be inconvenient and frustrating. Have you booked a new appointment?
