contract expiring

My contract runs out in 2 weeks. I've had an email from TT but think i'll leave as the cost is too high and I can get faster and cheaper broadband from SKY. Do I have to wait til the 2 weeks have gone before I can switch and will I have to pay  a penalty if I switch beforehand?

Sorry that you are leaving, you can contact another supplier and ask them to request to take over the line, that will allow a seamless transfer with no loss of service.

If you have less than 30 days on your contract you can give notice to leave without penalty.

Have you spoken to the Loyalty Team to discuss a new contract or upgrading?

This team hold the best deals and it's usually worth speaking with them before negotiating with an alternative supplier.
